Refund & Cancellation Policy

This website (xtechmax.shop) is operated by giftlove.online, under the brand name Engineer Xtechmax.

1. Product Type

All products sold on this website are digital products (PDF e-books and downloadable files). Since this is a digital ebook and some of the files are digitally accessed content, we do not offer any refund if you receive the same product what you have ordered. We cannot alter the nature of the files (such as providing hardcopies, etc.). Once a purchase is made and the product is delivered, the transaction is strictly considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following limited circumstances:

• Non-delivery: If you did not receive the product within 24 hours of successful payment and our team is unable to re-deliver it
• Technical failure: If the downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order

3. Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• The digital product has been successfully downloaded and/or delivered to your email
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You claim the content doesn't match expectations, but the product description was accurate
• Technical issues on your own device (incompatible reader, storage issues, etc.)
• Failure to provide a valid email address at checkout

4. Cancellation Policy

Since these are digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, cancellations are not possible once the payment has been processed and the product delivered.

If you wish to cancel before payment is completed, simply close the checkout window — no charge will be applied.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at xtechmax2024@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and email address used at checkout
• Your Order ID (visible in your confirmation email)
• Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
